In 1992, Dr. Rick Hallgren graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. His formal education also includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Iowa. After completing his Chiropractic degree, he practiced in Anchorage, Alaska, before moving to Las Vegas, NV. Since 1993, he has been serving the greater North/Northwest Las Vegas community at 4925 West Craig Road, Las Vegas, Nevada.

He has also received advanced training for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) by International Hyperbarics, Inc., sponsored by the American College for Advancement in Medicine.
