Dr. DiOrio-Phillips has been in private practice since 2001. Her primary focus was spinal rehabilitation for worker’s compensation and personal injury patients. In 2011 she obtained her McKenzie certification, a physical therapy technique specializing in functional restoration for patients with disc injuries. She is currently the only chiropractor in the state of Nevada to be McKenzie certified. From 2013 to 2016, she moved out of patient care and into an administrative role in the physical therapy arena. She was hired as the Director of the Personal Injury Division for the largest chain of physical therapy clinics in Nevada. During this time, she provided therapist education on personal injury documentation and appropriate case management for 13 clinics. She also worked as a liaison between the physical therapy and legal community. In 2017 she decided to return to patient care. She continues to work as a med-legal consultant for physical therapy clinics in Las Vegas.
