Dr. Marcos Villarreal received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis, MO. He went on to earn an M.S. degree in Human Nutrition Science and Human Performance from Logan University as well, graduating with distinction.
He has completed post-graduate instruction in “Fitness, Strength, and Performance” and “Postural Rehab Exercises” His education, as well as his extensive training in biomechanics, gives him a greater understanding of the important relationship between movement, muscles, joints, flexibility, balance and how they relate to injuries. In addition to Dr. Villarreal’s work with injury rehabilitation, he provides nutritional counseling and support for individuals ranging from professional athletes to others with digestive and endocrine conditions.
Originally from Texas, Dr. Villarreal is now a resident of the Phoenix area with his wife Theresa, daughter Katherine and their puppy Valentina. In his free time Dr. Villarreal spends time with family enjoying the many outdoor activities that come from living in Arizona such as hiking, fishing, and especially golf.
