Dr. Farris is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is affiliated with Surgicare AZ. Dr. Farris earned her medical degree from the University of Memphis and attended the University of Alabama and Tennessee to complete her orthopedic surgery residency program. She has been in practice since 2008, and she currently practices at Renew Health.
